Giving back to our community.

 

Seizan Capital Foundation, Inc., was founded in 2020 with a mission to play a leading role in improving financial literacy by working hands-on with young adults in Vermont. The goal is to work with members of our community, with special emphasis on helping Vermonters who are motivated to improve their circumstance and need a little extra help to achieve their goals. The foundation has been funded through contributions made by Seizan Capital, LLC., as well as a pledge by its subsidiary, Green Mountain Ice Company, LLC., to contribute 10% of net profits to the foundation on an annual basis.

 

Seizan Foundation Award Winners

  • Allie

    Seizan Capital Foundation has selected Allie Bianchi as the recipient of the 2024 award. Allie suffered a spinal cord injury in 2022 while mountain biking. While faced with adversity, Allie has met the challenges with hard work, vision and faith. She volunteers her time at a local school 3 days a week. In her spare time she is active in adaptive skiing and is on her way to being fitted up with a van that she will be able to drive and regain some independence. Allie is a driven young woman who is giving back and fighting forward. She is a true inspiration.

  • Chantel

    Chantel lives in Colchester and is currently a masseuse studying diligently to become a dental hygienist. We wish Chantel luck and hope her award can help her to achieve her goals!

  • Robina

    Robina, a hardworking mother of a 2-year-old daughter, is attaining her PhD in Neuropsychology at UVM. Seizan Capital Foundation is pleased to award Robina as a recipient and we can't wait to learn how this award can help her achieve her goals!

  • Wyatt

    Meet Wyatt Galfetti, a father of two, who is working hard to provide for them. Wyatt is a valued employee at Union Mutual in Montpelier. He is going to utilize his award to assist with education expenses. We congratulate Wyatt for his hard work and anticipate seeing the impact this will have for him and his family!

  • Zackary

    Seizan Capital Foundation is happy to honor Zackary Davis with our SCF Award! He is going to utilize his grant to attain his CDL. Zack is a proud father of two and is working hard to provide for himself and his family! We wish Zack the best of luck and can’t wait to see him succeed!
